As Team Lead, I guided our team through a structured Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach to evaluate market software options and design a complete systems package that aligned with organizational requirements.

Team Leadership & Research Scope

  • Project Leadership: Managed task allocation, deliverables, research timelines, and team coordination across four classmates to deliver a comprehensive technical analysis package.

  • Requirements Gathering & Vendor Matrix: Formulated requirements capture frameworks and created detailed comparison charts evaluating software packages against organizational constraints.

Architectural Diagramming & Design Artifacts

  • Behavioral & Data Modeling: Engineered Context Data Diagrams, Process Data Flow Diagrams (DFD Level 0/1), and Use Case Diagrams to map user roles and data trajectories.

  • Database & System Architecture: Modeled Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and detailed System Architecture Diagrams defining hardware, network, and software boundaries.

  • Interface Design & Evaluation: Designed sample User Design Interfaces (UI mockups) and provided an end-to-end evaluation report justifying our final vendor recommendation.

Synthesizing disparate software options into a clear, unified architectural proposal—backed by complete technical documentation and multi-level data diagrams—required strict project management and analytical accuracy.
